    It's Alive!

Earthbound, Relax, have a homebrew ;) Here is my schematic. I added a wireless feature so that I didn't have to connect any wires to my computer and it also allows me to view from all computers in the house including iPhone. Camlocks are the best......the breakdown is incredibly easy now...

I know it's not really necessary, but I like the fact that I turn my burners on and off with a switch. Once pilot lights are on....flip....and they're on. Again, for me it just organizes the process....burners and pumps are automated by BCS and also by manual switch.

Here are the reasons I built mine: 1. No hose changes. No Hose changes. No hose changes. At the end of the brew day my floor is dry. 2. I can do back to back batches and recirculate the MT the whole time while chilling the BK.....and again, no hose changes. 3. It takes away the guessing...

    It's Alive!

Never had any issues with that. After all, we're only talking about 212 (BK) versus 152 (MT), and only when I do back to back sessions. If anything I am always battling the loss of heat and with the other keggle so close it probably helps a little (but again, I've never noticed this to be of...

It's a burner that is in a box. I put a picture of it on the first page with all the others for you to look at. I also added an image of the system when it's all broken down.

    It's Alive!

Jon, I actually roll the entire thing into my office so that I can stare at it while i'm working :D As far as the additional piping, I can flush the entire line including the pump. I was having issues with pumps seizing when the sugars got cold. With the quick flush, no issues with the...

    It's Alive!

Thanks Bobby, The wire rack doesn't get hot at all....and yes I did put a nail through the corners.....just to make sure ;) I've brewed 4 times with it.....it works like a dream.

    It's Alive!

Kickrjason, Wire shelves are great. Perfectly stable. To add a little oomph I added two pieces of angle iron that run the length of the main shelf. The burners sit on these. It helps distribute the weight. I also drilled a small hole through that main shelf's corners and put a nail through...

Kal, Any suggestions as to where to go have them made?

    It's Alive!

Thanks Kal, You were a real inspiration! I've thought about labels....but then it's rather easy with blue being the pumps and yellow being the burners.....HLT/MT/BK.
