    Turning sankey keg into fermenter questions

    Hello im new here ive got a few questions on turning a sankey in to a fermenter.. if i silver solder the ferrules on can i ferment under pressure between 10-15 psi max? has any of you turned the keg upside down used the flange on the top as a yeast dump? did it work?
