BIAB beer seems to be separating

So, My first brew in a bag attempt went seemingly smooth. Made a harpoon IPA clone. My issue, when I pour the beer it appears to separate in my glass? no idea what this could be. So the beer is super hazy (which I dont mind) but the top half inch of the glass seems like thinner liquid, and the...

Took the words right out of my mouth. I bought one the other day to see what all the fuss was about, took a sip, and what the **** did I just drink?

Keezer not holding temps like before...

maybe the sensor itself? you can check it against an instant read thermometer if you have one laying around. that is my trouble shooting first step. I use the pre set up controller with two outlets and a replaceable probe so that if I have issues, I wont have to rewire everything from ground...

    Best place to buy kegerators

even if space is an issue, you can buy a small deep freezer big enough for a keg or two, throw a collar on it, and call it a day. probably half the cost also

Can you naturally prime a keg at cooler temperatures?

haha I had my suspicions about yooper. Hard to tell on here. anyways, that's what they say about assuming huh? So, in your experience would it be best to pull them out and leave them in my cellar which is around 62 degrees?

Can you naturally prime a keg at cooler temperatures?

First off, hello and happy Friday! So, I am lagering a few different beers right now. The temperature in my cellar is roughly 62 degrees so I have put them in a temp controlled freezer. I am using my cornies as the lagering/carbing secondary, as they are in the chute. They are currently sitting...

Lager 101: What You Need to Know Before Making Lagers

This information is great! I know everyone has their own way of doing things, but I have been brewing for only one and a half years, and I prefer lagers to ales. Never really understood the importance of temp control until seeing this article. I have had a couple with some off flavors, so...

    Shiner Ruby Redbird Clone Recipe

Hey estricklin, its been awhile. The batch I brewed is pretty damn good I must say! As far as making a puree, like you mentioned above, I have a similar plan. I have a masticating juicer at my house, and I think I will actually juice the ginger and grapefruit this time and see what it does. I...

I have ingredients but no recipe (help)

Do you have beer smith? if so you can put in styles and see how close you get to the target. if not, you can get the free trial version for twenty days or so and do the same. curious to see what you come up with
