    Def. Need the 462 if you are going to expand to ferm and valves. I have just started building the ferm/keezer side to be followed by the brewtroller based on a 462. check out my thread for more info. Good luck!

    Not know to crash. Yes full power. I would only expect it to be one for a few minutes if you needed to restart BCS.

    If your planning on expanding makes sense to go with BCS IMHO. Selector switch are Auto (BCS) | Off | ON (manual). I added the manual in case the BCS crashes mid brew and for cleaning pumps and what not...

    I just got a box from Auber instruments. Its 16x12x 5.5" and they sell a heatsink predrilled and sized so you dont have to cut or modify the box to install that and 2 SSRs. http://www.auberins.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=7_34&products_id=305

    I dont think you will find something like that I would use 1-channel 5v Relay Module For Arduino or similar to control a low amperage 120V Hot to energize the 220V 30A contacter make sense?

    Just finished designing schematic for BCS/Ferm part. Will work on Brewtroller tom'w. Parts have begun to arrive so hope to start drilling soon!

    You need a analog relay as opposed to an ssr
