I'm currently upgrading my system and I've reached the point where the sticker shock of SS fittings is rearing its ugly head... Through my searchings of teh internets I have stumbled across a site that has really nice prices on brewers' fittings...

I see they'll be in FL next week for three shows... Hope you can catch them. I saw their shows in St. Louis and Milwaukee this year and they were both great.

Built myself one of these today. Build went well, but I know I'm going to be scared the first time I push a batch through it! Trial runs with water should help ease the anxiety...

I usually just shuffle the playlist on my phone... Which gives me a lot of They Might Be Giants and Beatles, with the occasional episode of Brew Strong thrown in.

Doesn't matter if it was sealed as long as it was covered. Anything that can infect your batch doesn't have the ability to climb up and under the lid... It'll be fine.
