Does it need to be dark?

Beer should always be stored in a dark place. If it isn't you're only risking the lovely skunkiness caused by the reaction of light and hoppy goodness...

    So who's brewing this weekend?

Brewing my first wheat beer tomorrow... I've been wanting to play with some new hops and came up with "Jaded Wheat", an American wheat beer with Pacific Jade. Not quite sure what to expect, but the descriptors I've read on the variety (floral, spicy, etc.), seem like they'll lend themselves to...

    Need a QUICK answer

Yes you can. Optimally you would first boil it, then let it cool. Although you'll probably be fine with cooled tap or spring water.

Using pilsner malt as base instead of pale

You should have no problems. Make sure to incorporate a longer boil to drive off DMS.

    Can't get clear runnings

It might help to vorlauf a higher rate as well. Cracking the valve open a little more will create more of a vacuum on the grain bed, settling it a little more solidly.

    Force Carbonation in a bottle

I'm assuming you already have a CO2 tank and regulator, so all you really need is a Corny keg, some beer line, and disconnects. Probably about $70-80.

CPVC Mash Tun Manifold to SS weldless fitting?

Ah yes... The 3/4" fittings are 7/8" ID to match the OD of the 3/4" tubing. Why are you running 3/4" again? 1/2" seems much easier and a bit cheaper. Edit: I just re-read your OP and it sounds like you haven't built the 3/4" manifold. I would recommend going with 1/2" tubing as it would be...

CPVC Mash Tun Manifold to SS weldless fitting?

http://www.northernbrewer.com/shop/1-2-id-thermoplastic-tubing.html 3/4" OD should fit snugly into your CPVC Tee... Attach to the 1/2" hose barb and you're golden. It'll look like this, but with a hose barb on the bulkhead side...
