    What Happened to My Beer?!?!

Ok, a while back I had a nice clear APA kegged but I needed room in the freezer to force carbonate a few kegs of IPA. So I took the keg of APA, already carbonated, and disconnected it from the CO2 and put it in another freezer at serving temp to store while the IPA was carbonating. After 2 weeks...

    Combining beer

So I had about a gallon of IPA and a gallon of blonde ale left over after kegging and only one keg left. I desired to throw them both in the final keg and see what happens. Will I get something in the middle or will it be messed up because they were not brewed together?

    Aging Beer

Ok, so kegs are the way to go for aging. Should I carb or just let it sit uncarbed (or whatever carb was left from any unfinished secondary frem)?

    Aging Beer

I have been brewing for about a year now and have moved from extract to AG, bottling to kegging. I want to start building up a pipeline and letting my beer age more so my question is what is the best way to age beer? Keep in secondary in a carboy? Keg/carb and let sit? Sit in celler temp or in...
