HI all. Just wondering if you can use over ripe fruit, as I had an idea about asking my local fruit and veg shop if I could have the stock that they can't sell anymore for free! So was just wondering if it can go past a certain point which it can't be used any more. Many thanks : )

Today I was told I had access to anything I want from a pub that a member of my family has just bought to turn into offices :( On the upside there is a cellar full of stuff. I don't know what half the stuff is but basically the old owners went and left everything! Should I go and grab everything...

Thanks for the advice guys! I thought it was wrong to use turbo yeast! It's a simple recipe just with water, honey, yeast and an orange. I should just listen to myself sometimes, haha. Will let you know how I get on. :)
