Quick update!! It's taken off nicely now with a bubble every 7-8secs. Will keep updating and thanks everyone for the advice :)

What is that Noe? Is it a type of lavlin?

It sure is. It has started to bubble again since re-racking but very slowly, like once every 30-45secs. Just gonna keep an eye on it and see how it goes.

Hey Dicky. I've got some apfelwine on the go as we speak but just thought I would try this turbo yeast as I have it. Might pop up to aldi to see what cheap juice they got :)

Ok....it's been 5 days and I've re-racked into another container. Hydrometer still has the same reading 1.028 Don't know what to do? More yeast?

Oh right!! A guy in a hbstore sold it to me and said it was for quick fermentation but said nothing about distilling. Obviously didn't know what he was on about!!
