Thanks for the cluster hop idea, I had a chance to do a little reading on hops from that era and had no idea that according to what I read that like 90+% of hops in those days were clusters.

One other quick question, the manual says to connect terminal 9&10 of the DSPR1 to AC power so would it be best to land my incoming power on term strips then connect to the DSPR1 terminals from one leg of the 240 or connect one terminal to one leg and the other terminal to the other leg. Thanks...

My LHBS sells pale 2 row for 1.05 per lb and 10% less if you buy more than ten lbs and 30% off if you buy a 50 lb sack I think it is like 36 or 37 bucks which seems pretty fair to me. Hope that helps.:mug:

Why is the beer at the bottom of the keg the best? It is clearer and smoother to me is there a reason or is it just me. Enjoying one from near the bottom now and just curious.
