    It went great- finished about 10:00 pm EST. Sitting in fermenter as I type. One question- the instructions in package says to pitch the yeast on top and stir. The yeast instructions says to hydrate the yeast first- I did the latter. Is one way better? Thanks again for all the help & well...

    But as this is my first brew so I have a few questions: 1) The sanitizer can make up to five gallons- do I make all five or just half to sanitize the equipment? What do I do with it after? Save it? I need some to sanitize my hydrometer after I add enough water to make 5 gallons. Then again...

    I want to brew my first batch soon- I will have 2 kegs in my soon to be finished Keezer- Could some one give me a idea about how long it takes to put a batch from first fermented into second than into keg- than drink? A what point do I start me second batch in the above process? Thanks...

    Question- As I build my collar for my Keezer I wondered what is the proper distance for two faucets or taps and what is the proper diameter of the hole that needs to be drilled? I mentioned Perlick as they seem to get a good rating here, so I go with them unless steered away from them...
