Between the two options, I think the garbage disposal will chop a lot more seeds than the french fry cutter, I'm not that worried about it. I think I'll go back to the garbage disposal idea, it will give better texture for pressing.

IMO, The little lip gives me an extra 10-15 seconds to notice a boil over, it pushes the foam to the center.

I like that my local Pepsi bottler charges $21 for a keg of Pepsi with no deposit. I asked about bringing some back and they got confused. That's gotta suck to pay $110. :)
