So this just happen up stream i have a 50 amp spa panel to the emergancy shutoff. Then i have a marine 50 amp bus bar with 10 g wire to 30 amp breakers. As you can see the 10g wire is fried. My question is what caused this and do I increase the gauge of the wire?

Second question in the subpanel to the house i need a 2 pole 30amp breaker correct?

Do i need a bus bar in the panel or can i use the screws that connect the panel plate to the inside of the panel without issue? Look at the bottom right of the wiring. Its off the pic but its the bottom right bolt looks like the bottom left with the copper color.

Finished it wet tested it and passed. Brewing a raspberry pale tomorrow!

Ill upgrade my ice water pump. I am using a chugger pump on the wort side.

What size pump and tubing do you use?

Sometimes ill stop the pump to the wort and let the ice water keep going in order to bring it back down if it gets to hot.

I use a second coil of copper in a bucket of ice water. With a counter flow wort chiller.

Just finished installing the panel however ordering new copper coil for the herms. Set me back till mid nov. Lol doing a summer ale extract this weekend. Love to share some beer and ideas with some local people.

Its been about nine months for me. I kinda have a habit of diving in head first into the deep end of the pool. Workin on a brew controller for an all electric brew station. Just finished a kegerator. In my bar and brewed a 2 heart ipa clone, vanilla porter and hard cider.

Sorry that qtip head is about an inch in size. Its not a regular q tip.

This was found in one of the beer bottles i gave to people. He states he opened poured his beer drank it and found it in the bottle after he had cleaned it. I made a stout with extract. What is it? Is this possible. I washed then sanitized in my dishwasher.
