should I ditch the honey a use a pound of crystal malt...i have some in my basement that's about a year old??? I'm a rookie so bare with me this is my first all grain....

So should I stay with a half pound of honey or 1 pound????

I'm using white labs I think west coast.. . its for milds.... Temp 158 I will scale the honey back to 1/2 lbs.....but hops???? What do u guys suggest....thinking about it maybe I will use 1/2 oz of cascade at the 60 and 1/2 at the 10 min

I'm making a crowd pleaser batch next week and I had a question about my recipe....im making an all grain batch using 8 lbs of american2 and 2 lbs. Of honey malt with a late addition of 1 oz. Of cascade hops....will this be a easy drinking blonde or to easy maybe to sweet....more hops?????
