That does suck. Good thing it's not too many. Maybe have splits prepay when the split is filled (minus shipping)? Late splits will be aware of the risk of not filling, early filled splits will be financially safe... It sounds easy to drop full sacks.

Maybe set the deadlines in the first post. Set the closing date, and set a payment deadline. Everyone will know approximately when to start checking the spreadsheet for their total, and when they need to have payment completed, and they know it all before they order. We're all doing this...

I think it's a pretty good idea. And maybe make it the first text in the post, that's what will show in a notice. I'm set up to open to the newest unread post, and as a noob I'm obsessed with following this thread to make sure I am not the problem, but I can see where that may not be the case...

I'm not sure exactly, last time you referenced a cell it didn't match with what I saw, so I don't know how to reconcile that. What I did was sort by HU-90HBR, and counted the lbs. From there you should be able to see the user id's and find the real cell refs.

When checking the spreadsheet, I noticed there were 12 lbs of Hellertaur hops ordered, one entry was in bold. What does that mean? Is one entry a late split that will get dropped?

I see in the user order list, there are lines for 9 of 11 Northern Brewer hops HU-90NBR, but I don't see it in the list of available splits. If there's still 2 available I'm interested in 1.

Normally I use a bucket, this is the first time with a better bottle, what a train wreck after cooling. Lost close to a gallon on the back deck, needed a hose, it's below freezing (barely but enough), I need to come up with a good name for this one... I need a better funnel.....
