    What's in your fermenter(s)?

So I almost feel foolish posting this, but I have 1 gallon of Brooklyn Brew Shops Beyond Blonde and as of tomorrow I will have a gallon of a Cranberry hefeweizen fermenting.

    Hi from Lancaster, PA

Sweet, I get to York once a year or so, went to school there. I will check it out. I might need to do a road trip to shop and take a detour to Murphs Study Hall!

    What is your neighborhood brewery?

5 minutes from Stoudts and a nice Brew Pub called Union Barrel Works, I don't think they sell outside of the pub. I really enjoy Saucony Brewing which is down the street from my sons college. Troegs is about 45 minutes but we get to Hershey about 4 times a year and Troegs is a must for a snack...

    Hi from Lancaster, PA

I found a place I can walk to for some basic supplies. Spirit of 76 in Bowmansville. He only has yeast packets though for larger batches and I'm only doing a gallon at a time for now. I'll check out Lancaster Brewing on Friday.

    Django Unchained

When I would see things like that as a kid my dad would say its movie magic. Django was one of my favorite QT films. Pulp Fiction will always be number one. Speaking of historically inaccurate films I'm pretty sure Hitler didn't die in a movie theater, lol.

    Hi from Lancaster, PA

I've been wanting to brew for the last 15 years or so. My wife finally bought me Brooklyn Brew Shops 1 gallon kit. Already looking to add a few more kits so I can have a couple beers in the pipeline at all times. If anyone in the area knows the best local places for supplies let me know. Chad

Noobs 1st brew, don't worry I'm not asking if I should dump it!

The funny part was I wanted to put it in our unfinished, dark, cool basement. She wanted to put it in our sons bedroom (he's away at school). Her idea made no sense at all to me, but since I want her to drink it and she was fearful of the occasional spider or millipede I placated her.

Noobs 1st brew, don't worry I'm not asking if I should dump it!

I was so distraught at midnight when I found it I never thought to resanitize. I guess I'll know in about a month. Clearly the waiting is the hardest part. I'm already planning my next batch and getting a recipe ready for my spent grain.

Noobs 1st brew, don't worry I'm not asking if I should dump it!

So the wife bought me a brooklyn brewing kit with the Beyond Blonde Ale kit. We made it Saturday afternoon and by late Saturday night there was a pretty steady amount of bubbles in the airlock. Fast forward to Sunday night and I pop in to check on it and the beer is GONE. I quickly find it on...
