    Ok, I have made JAOM and am attempting the jump to BOMM. I am a bit confused on the removing water part. Can't I just remove a gallon of water, add my honey, and then add the water back until I get to ~1.099? Also, I keep reading different things about shaking to add oxygen. Do I do...
