    Head count of active homebrewers

Looking at the American Homebrewers Association membership will give you an idea od home many there are that are part of that association. But many don't join a club. In South Africa, where I am, clubs are few and far between. Many of us have been brewing for years, but have never joined any...

    1-Gallon Brewers UNITE!

Mind sharing about this a bit more? From South Africa, so the idea is a bit foreign to me. We have a beer brewing culture that's pretty much always been legal and normal in a few cultural groups.

4 year old cider safe to drink?

It should be fine. I had a bottle of +-3 year old cider a month or so ago. Still alive, might have gotten a bit weirder, not sure the cider had anything to do with that. The cider had a taste change shift, not bad at all, just not the same as it started.

Corona mill with all in one system

I'm seriously looking at buying a all in one system. But I have heard that a Corona style mill's crush does not work well with an all in one system. For those using all in one systems, is in necessary to upgrade/change to a roller mill?

Best Scotch Ale/Wee Heavy you’ve made

That's the one I brewed. Should still be good with hop subs. If you have Marris Otter always nice to use, it brings something extra to the table.
