Well, I'm sold. I'm smoking a cabbage next time I put something on there. I usually only use the top rack anyway, so plenty of room for veggies underneath.
Brisket plans are also on hold. I'm having trouble finding a whole packer anywhere. One butcher I talked to said they simply aren't getting them recently, but instead just getting flats and those are a bit scarce.
That looks like sheets of galvanized steel like you might find in ducting.
My wife nixed the smoked trout. Says she wants to grill it instead.
So now I'm thinking about a brisket.
When I was doing the flooring in my current place, my knees hurt so bad despite kneepads, pillows, and really whatever else I could think of, that I decided I would gladly pay someone else to do that for me just so I never have to do it again.
