    I'm entering the all grain recipe from page 7 into beer smith and am only getting an estimated 24.1 IBU versus the estimated 35.3 from the recipe. Anyone else have this issue?

    Re-sanitize keg that had co2 leak?

    I cleaned, sanitized and pressurized a corny keg about a month ago. Turns out the pressure release valve was leaky, which I replaced. Keg holds pressure fine now. Think it needs re-sanitizing before filling? Thanks

    NorthernBrewer Bourbon Barrel Porter

    This is by far my favorite beer!! I've brewed it twice now with Woodford Reserve and it's been fantastic both times. Any thoughts on skipping the secondary, and instead adding the soaked oak cubes and bourbon directly to the primary after a couple of weeks?
