Thanks for the warning. I found a recipe on HBT for a mosaic dry-hopped saison and was going to try that one. Only mosaic used is 3oz in the dry hop. That, or pick a good saison base and dry hop? B52's is light and not too hoppy. Bursting with tangerine/mandarin though.

Can't wait to try that one. Their mosaic saison has me planning to make one this spring. It may convert me.

Finally caught up so... - I remove labels by soaking in PBW - I don't label HB, just initials and ABV on cap - hooray for plastic - generally not a fan of saisons but B52 has a mosaic dry-hopped that I love. Carry on!
