    XXXXX's Whirlpool WAR349BSL Kegerator Conversion (37 picture step-by-step slideshow)

Well, it looks like I keep learning new stuff about Homebrewing every day. Turns out with a little research that I have ball lock kegs. I'll edit my previous post to reflect that. Sorry if it caused any confusion!

    XXXXX's Whirlpool WAR349BSL Kegerator Conversion (37 picture step-by-step slideshow)

I did not need to cut any plastic from inside of the fridge. The crisper drawer and glass shelf above the crisper just slid right out. The only plastic that needed to be cut was on the door panel, as noted in the instructions. I am not sure if I have Pepsi or Coke kegs. They are standard Ball...

    Which mini-fridge for 2-keg conversion?

I just did this conversion a couple of weeks ago. The Instructions posted in this thread are for the smaller version that fits one keg but I did the larger 4.4 cu ft model and it fits two kegs and a 5# CO2 canister and a two tap tower...

Day one complete, first beers resting in peace :D

Great tip! I actually propped it up on the crate because the tubes would not bend low enough to submerge in the water. I'll take the crate off and find a way to hold the tubes down in the water. Thanks for pointing this out. Once again the homebrewtalk boards pay dividends!

Day one complete, first beers resting in peace :D

Completed my first brew session today. Two brews. A Belgian Wit - Left and IPA - Right. This pic was taken a few hours ago. Now the krausen in the Wit has already started moving into the blow off tube at the time of this post. Oh the agony of waiting on the beer now, lol. Can't wait to get...

    First Home Brew tomorrow!

6 hours into fermenting my Belgian Wit and I already have krausen coming into the blow off tube from a 6 gallon primary. Thanks again for all of the advice and info. So glad I did the blow off now!

    First Home Brew tomorrow!

Thanks a lot for the info. Funny, I just read the "highest krausen you've ever seen" thread and along with your comments, I'll be using the blow off. I have the supplies, might as well use them. Thanks again for the help. These boards are a great resource. Looking forward to being able to...

    First Home Brew tomorrow!

Really looking forward to my first brew! I plan to start tomorrow morning. I am doing a full boil extract into a 6 gallon glass primary. I have supplies to create a blow off for the primary but I hear a lot of conflicting advice. What is the general preference on this board? Blow off? or go...

    XXXXX's Whirlpool WAR349BSL Kegerator Conversion (37 picture step-by-step slideshow)

And BTW, I also used the recommended 5.5 inches from back as noted in the earlier posts. The holes aligned perfectly between the rear coils and the light/temperature control housing. My fridge also came with a small Styrofoam piece between the plastic top and metal base. It's almost like they...

Not as hard as I thought, and only one cut...because I am an idiot! Cut metal edges are SHARP kids, be careful.

    XXXXX's Whirlpool WAR349BSL Kegerator Conversion (37 picture step-by-step slideshow)

I just bought the 4.4ft version and already cut the door panel off. Fits 2 corneys and a 5lb CO2 tank perfectly. Thanks for posting such detailed pics and instructions. Very helpful. I am ready to cut the hole in the top now. Point of no return. Debating the vinegar and baking soda test to...
