Selling kegs in Ohio can only be done by distributors which is why it costs me so much to buy a keg. You can get them filled by a brewery but there are not many near me that will sell by the gallon.

I have the same problem with ice build up, I do the same chip it off. Really wish I was able to control the moisture getting in.

I did use the yeast called for in the recipe, also I plan to leave it in the carboy for at least 2 more weeks possibly longer. I will look into that site also. I keg my beer, so pressure is not as much of a worry.
