Anyone have link to the son of fermentation cooler plans? I tried searching and all of the links I was able to find don't work, I think they might have been old.

I have 5 kegs hooked up to my 5# cylinder and force carbed them. So far it has been great and I have carbed over 10 kegs with a couple of kegs of soda off the one tank.

Did you just use a single infusion mash? Most of the Wit recipes I have seen seem to have some kind of step mash.

So I would like to bottle tonight but I only have table sugar. Do you think I would be safe using the same amount of table sugar as I would corn sugar to bottle?
