I liked the Storehouse, but yea it's more for the historical aspect and the free pint. It would have been really cool to see more of the actual brewing process. They did make the best Beef and Guinness stew in all of Ireland though.

You don't need a special key for this you can use anything from your car keys to a ball point pen.
I've never found it a big deal to take the QD off to purge my kegs.

I brewed an Irish Red on 10/10/10 an am having trouble coming up with a good image for the label.
I was thinking that since 101010=42 something Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy related would be good.
Anyone bored and feel like throwing some idea's together to help me out?
The text on solid color background are much better! but did you try it with the text in a normal left to right style. it's hard to read while turning your head...
Yup, when I bottle I use milk. I use 2% but I don't think it matters. You just brush a light coat on and stick it to the bottle.
The milk evaporates and leaves behind proteins that adhere to the paper and bottle. Works great!
