    adding zest to beer

    I made a holiday spiced ale this past winter. I added one whole large orange zest. It may be because of all the other spices i added but the orange is not very noticiable, but it is there. I added at about 3-5 minutes left in the boil.

    So I have finally begun my keezer project. After having 2 batches sitting ready to be kegged for 2 months I actually went out and bought a 4 facuet keezer kit. Well, I have the best wife ever, she actually paid for the kegging hardware and 4 kegs. The rest was on me. Here is my progress...
