    When I bottle, I go 12 at a time. After I fill the bottle, I place a sanitized cap on it right away, while juggling a new bottle and filling one at the same time... don't worry... you'll do fine!

    Growlers are not good for bottle conditioning as the pressure created will blow out the bottom of the bottle... :-)

    Cheap and easy aeration gadget

    I've got a Vinturi Wine Aerator that I use for wines I drink. I've never even thought about using it as I transfer wort into my fermentor... but it might actually work! What do you guys think? Here's a link to youtube... turn speakers down... you've been warned! :-) KC
