I brewed a Wheat beer a month ago, and it has carbed up nice in the keg. My question is can I add some cherry flavoring to the beer at this point? Would I just purge the co2 out and add the flavor, and reseal? Anything I need to worry about here?

That is correct, it is a cheap abv boost.. Just don't over do it, 2lbs is fine.

I think they are taking longer to carb, it might be the thicker glass, or higher volume. Maybe the temp stays cooler in the bigger bottle. I've had the same problem.

Just picked up a 4 pack of Founders double IPA last night, and a six pack of dogfish 90 min IPA. I wanted to compare how my beer is coming along in comparrison with the big guys. All I can say is wow!!! Founders IIPA is awsome! I have a lot to learn.

I say go for IT!! Plus you live in Mighigan which has a thriving beer culture. I could sell for you on the side, I'm in sales currently. Plus I love beer more than cars any day. Go for your dream. Only thing I would reccomend is a good location.
