Just pulled a pork butt off the Royall smoker for Cuban sandwiches.

It allows you to save more recipes to the cloud. Without upgrading you are still able to search for recipe ideas. I just print my recipes and put them in a binder in case my hard drive dies.

I put the basket in right after I add the water. This way the only thing affecting temp is the grains.

Brewing a Barleywine at LHBS. It will be fermented in Bourbon barrels.

The numbers listed somewhere in this long post come out very close. The amount of water needed is right on but the mash and sparge amounts don't match between GF app and Beersmith. I have been using the BS numbers on my last two batches and have been spot on. I now need to figure out my mash...
