I'm done. I'm teaching a co-worker to brew so we did two batches today. He did a cream ale that should turn out really nice and I did an extract Spotted Cow clone. Both are sealed up and I'm checking the airlocks like a kid checks the tree on Christmas night.

I just brewed an extract clone that I put together. I reverse engineered the recipe based on the known color, bitterness and ABV. I think it'll be pretty close, I poured a glass of Spotted Cow next to the test sample and they are almost identical when I guess on how much lighter it'll get...

+1 for Midwest Supplies. In maybe 8 years, I've never had a bad experience with them. They always ship fast and their extract kits are high quality.

I think it'll look cleaner on the inside if I get rid of the shelves. It will give me more room and allow the shanks to mount cleanly. I dont like them there because they'll limit where I can put the shanks. I was planning on drilling the door this weekend and brewing this week after work...
