Belgian Dark Strong Ale Westvleteren 12 Clone - Multiple Award Winner

Nice, let us know what you think of the 8 after some conditioning time. I've told myself I won't touch my 12 for a year. That changed to 6 months. I'm really thinking of changing that to 3 months :)

Saison Lace & Pearls Spelt Saison

Sounds like you have a winner. What kind of spelt did you use in the beer? Malted? Flaked? Crushed?

Belgian Dark Strong Ale Westvleteren 12 Clone - Multiple Award Winner

Had anyone done this with Belle Saison? I'm doing a brew with it in a couple weeks and am looking for another recipe to reuse the yeast. This recipe has been on my To-brew list for a while. Thanks!

Let Them Eat Cake Stout (BA #100) - My first AG

Did you think about trying to use a dry cake mix? Something like a confetti cake may have some more flavor get through.

Sounds great! I think you'll be very happy when it's done. Did you do any aeration of your wort? If so, what did you do?
