One other thing to keep in mind is not to get too wrapped up in the exact numbers. The taste threshold for most people is about 5 IBU so in theory there is no taste difference between 10 and 12 IBU. Now that you have your software issues figured out you should be good to go. :mug:

I have a quick question for those of you who have converted a upright fridge with the upper freezer compartment into a kegerator. What is the temp of the freezer compartment when you have the fridge at serving temps? And what do you use the upper compartment for? Thanks! :mug:

Before you punch a hole in your pot you could experiment a bit with a simple copper arm that goes over the side of the pot you could adjust it to different levels and see how it effects the cooling and whirlpool effect. Just running tests with boiling water should give you some decent data to...
