    There were if I do say so myself. The chips were high quality chocolate from a cacao farm on Maui. Macadamia nuts seemed like the most appropriate nut to use for these. The chips were free with an order, otherwise ridiculously expensive, but extra tasty.

    The last few ounces of my light lager. “Empty Promises” to the end. 😉 actually this first time light lager won third so I’d brew it again and tweak it some.

    20# organic 2 row, 20# organic red wheat, some crystal malts and a small sack of bread flour from Valley Malt. Now I need time to brew!

    Well, that depends, the short answer is yes, if you want a “toasted flavor”.     What did I cook this weekend.....

    Yesterday I made an easy seafood boil with corn and potatoes, all frozen stuff accept for the 🦞tail and claws I killed for. 😉 Tonight pulled pork sammy on a Lidl pretzel roll with broccoli slaw.
