Thanks, that's actually the one I ordered that didn't fit. It just looks like the older bm23's weren't the same size as the newer ones, and inexplicably Beverage Air doesn't know anything about their old units.

My measurements are the gasket channel, so the center of the gasket. The dimensions that partstown lists don't make any sense for a door gasket. That would be one tiny door. Maybe that's the package dimensions when it's all folded and bagged up.

I have a very old BM23. How old? I called Beverage Air and they say it's too old for them to have any record of it. Anyway, I ordered a new door gasket for it and it doesn't fit. I'll have to have a custom one made. I've got mine measured at 28.5" x 20.5", but was hoping someone here also...

I really hope there's an obvious, simple solution to this, but I'm not seeing it and can't find anybody posting anything about it... After almost 5 years of on again, off again work, I'm finally finishing up my brewtroller system. I was planning on using volume measurement with the MPX5010DP...
