Bottled yesterday (brewed April 29)! Ended up with a higher OG than anticipated (I'm a rookie). Went from .084 - .022. Sample tasted delicious. Ill let you know how it turns out in 3 weeks!

Brewed on Saturday! Airlock bubbling away rapidly within 12 hours of pitching 2 packs of rehydrated s04! Its going to be a long 3-4 months, but I'll update when it's drinking time. Thanks for the recipe Slim, I'm quite excited for this one.

+1 to wilserbrew. Received my bag (in Canada) very quickly and it is a far higher quality than any paint straining bags I looked at. He's apparently also a nice guy and threw in a free dryhopping sock with my order.
