    Extract brewing is FAKE brewing

    Mash temps haha. Most of us look up a strike temp online put the grain and and move to a cooler for 60 min and don't touch it. Not rocket science! Extract is a nice way to be more exact and take steps out of the process. Still is brewing and to me makes better beer more consistently.

    I'm actually quite pleased with the mistake. My gravity is already down to 1.005 meaning I'm already sitting at 3.5% abv.     As far as unwanted flavors I was just referring to a young unconditioned sour beer. And my ibus are right around 10 with 1 oz of 2% AA hops
