    How nice of CHI to respond to my concerns about shipping - it just took them 6 days to respond and then they blamed a 3rd party. There service is even worse than their shipping!!! Stay AWAY!!!

    PS - I did contact CHI and asked about the slow shipping - 3 days ago - and have had no response. I guess they believe in Bribe-Service - not Customer-Service!!!

    Really SLOW shipping and the Charge was very high! Ordered with 2 day - took them 3 days to even pop it in the mail - for in-stock item. Shipped directly from CHI - so they can't blame one of their many 3rd parties. NOTE from the bottom of the confirmation E-Mail - WE NEED YOUR HELP...
