It's been about 8 months now. What ended up happening with your beer? I think that is the highest homebrew OG I have ever seen, on top of that with a low pH sour wort I'm not surprised the yeast is struggling.

So one of the amazing things my mother has shown me back in the day was to mix isopropyl/ethanol alcohol, whatever you've got, into water placed into ziplock bags for ice packs. The result was this incredibly cold and squishy ice pack (obviously should be a hard container for the fermentation...
