I'd love to try an all grain version of this recipe as well. It looks like you may be on to it KJS, but I have the book and it looks like the grains need to be upped in your conversion. The book lists the SG at 1.078, FG at 1.014 and ABV at 8%. Unfortunately it doesn't specify any other parameters.

Here it is mostly put together. The hinges have yet to be attached. It looks like I'll have to paint the gasket black, even with the lip of the oak it still shows in the gap. As for the towels, they're not all mine. Long story.

Nearing completion already! I tried to find the Zar stuff at the hardware store but the didn't carry, instead I got a small tin of Dap wood filler in an oak color. Took a few applications and drying periods but it worked great. Unfortunately I forgot to take any pictures of the corners but...

Looks nice. Will that fit six kegs? It's hard to tell with the previous pic of the inside. Gotta say I'm jealous, would love to have that much beer on tap, sadly I can only afford one set up right now. Why won't the lid sit flush? Is it the gasket or the wood?

So the wood filler I had on hand turned out to be cheap crap, I've tried applying it twice this week and it keeps shrinking and cracking as it dries.
