How about everything about a particular co-worker? And I mean everything. To start off, he thinks he knows everything about anything and is never wrong about any of it.

I try to make sure the grates are as clean as I can get them, same as on my grill. I guess, in my mind, that's just a part of trying to take care of things. Same goes for the water bowl. I haven't tried to clean anything else on the smoker, though. My father-in-law said that not cleaning it will...

Got some ingredients together earlier tonight for a small batch of cider that I put in my Mr. Beer fermentor. The O.G measured at 1.070. We'll see how it turns out as this is the first cider that I've ever done. But I knew the Mr. Beer thing would eventually come in handy again to experiment...
I still buy Keystone Light, but just to use it to cook with. Every once in a while, I'll drink a can of it if I'm waiting for a batch of homebrew to become drinkable. I'll also buy certian craft brews now and then to try something new and to see if I can possibly try to clone it.
