Opting to leave the Farmhouse batch inside (~72 last night) and wild batch in garage (55-65) for now. Warmer batch shows much more activity and froth. Very excited to try these! Posting here to cope :)
First time cidermaker here, after trying to find this one everywhere I opted for WLP 670 American Farmhouse blend and hoping for similar results. Just pitched and the waiting begins
