    Stc-1000 wiring

All quotes CWI "If you don't understand electricity, use an approved schematic that does what you want. There are several schematics that do exactly what you are wanting, along with many posts questioning why they don't run the fan full time. There are schematics for that as well." I used...

    Stc-1000 wiring

ok, that makes sense. I figured it might just be a switched wire, just wasnt sure which one to switch. No color coding on the fan wires btw. Thanks! So not worth it to run the fan? its a tightly packed kegerator....

    Stc-1000 wiring

The unit is unplugged at the moment till I work this out, but I appreciate the caution. If its better to leave it always on, I guess I could wire it as an always on outlet then? Progress report...It is working. Thanks for all the assurance guys. Its slow, but the yeasties are indeed chomping away on the honey. I think a side benefit of this method (yeah, I meant to do it that way...) is that it feeds the honey to the yeasties slowly, kinda like staggered additions...

    undissolved honey help?

    undissolved honey help?

Hey all, I think I may have screwed up here...I added my honey direct to carboy trying the no heat/boil idea. Topped it off with warm water thinking it would dissolve eventually, lots of swirling etc. It still settled out to the bottom rather than dissolving. Pitched the yeast thinking the...
