I let that batch sit a full four weeks. Dude, it turned out perfect!!! I have good carbonation, eventually I'd like to get some carbonation like Duvel has, but that will have to be an ongoing project. Unless anyone's got a recommendation for getting that sort of carbonation for my Trippel?
