Okay thanks, before I go looking at recipes I need to get a few things cleared up. Right now all I have is 2 fermenters & a siphoning tube. Are there any kits avaliable that will give me all the equipment needed? Or, if I don't go down that route, and want to brew Extract, what equipment...

I suppose I didn't really think that sentence out too well did I :p What I meant to say was I know how to make a tea, just not how to properly brew one, I'm the guy who slings water in a kettle, puts the bags in the cup mixes it all up and call's it tea, who needs a teapot anyway?! :p
