    But it was totally different from all of my other brews. The fermentation was done, so I wouldn't think CO² was the culprit. I was thinking more of an ammonia kick.

    My first AG and I think I have an infection. SG was at 1.000 and there was a very strong, burn your nostrils odor. Didn't taste well. Thoughts?
