I generally come up with names for what I put on tap in my house, because I use a small chalkboard to label the taps with name, style, and ABV. Those three things are usually all my friends/family care about what they are drinking.

What I mean is, like in Beersmith, crystal malt is described so great! Things like "increases body, provides flavor, and color" sound awesome.

Some dry yeast comes in 5 gram packs. Hence 2 packs. I believe Coopers sells the smaller packets. I don't know who else does however.

I brew a lot of Belgians so take this how you want since it is my opinion, but it is your brew.
