    I keg almost exclusively but I use drop in spear sanke kegs. Most of my beers I primary ferment for 2-3 weeks, crash with gelatin and send to keg. I did get 2 additional kegs yesterday for a total of 4 now.

    Where are buying your ingredients online?

    Morebeer and Yakima valley hops. I live in an isolated area and both companies often ship within an hour or two of my order being placed. It’s easier to calculate when I will receive the order than with other companies.

    Help me with a hop schedule!

    My best results with this style are to really load the hops after the boil. I would bitter with some centennial, an ounce or 2 at flameout and whirlpool the rest. I like a 170ish whirlpool for a half hour or so. Dry hopping toward the end of primary really helps that "juicy" perception too.
