I believe I Solved my issues with 2 things... I started using RO water as well and added back the salts... But the main contributor was that my fermentation temps were getting too high (above 75)... I converted a deep freezer to a feminization chamber with a temp controller and now my beer is...- wtroyer01

Water help
I am doing my first all grain brew soon and I have been using my well water. Now,my water tastes awesome but I gave one of my IPA's to a experienced brewer and he said that he could taste the well water.
