Retired AF Engineer (28 years). Environmental Remediation/Construction Project Manager for 9 years. My son started brewing in 2010, I got more interested in 2016 as I got ready to retire from a demanding job. Did a lot of research, decided to go straight to AG. Bought a Grainfather and an electric HLT(Christmas present from my wife) Nov-Dec 2016. First brew was a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale Clone, Turned out great, so I've made six more brews this year. Finally retired a couple of months ago, and gearing up for a lot more brewing.
