    First brew success!

I have no clue, I was actually wondering this myself. That is going to be my next big investment probably.

    First brew success!

I just wanted to thank everyone who has helped me in my threads, or whose threads I've read in order to make this brew a success. I cracked into it a little early (5 days after bottling), but I couldn't wait anymore. I brewed Midwest's Autumn Amber Ale and it is fantastic! The hops definitely...

    Where to go from here?

Hey guys, I posted awhile back about a stalled fermentation on my first brew and things definitely picked up! Based on my latest hydrometer reading I should be reaching completion soon. My brew (Extract Autumn Amber Ale from Midwest) is closing in on final gravity/abv and I'm wondering where...

I forgot to take the initial hydrometer reading, so I have been doing guess work based off of the box/instructions. There is...

Hey everyone, first post. I'm currently brewing my first batch (malt extract Autumn Amber Ale from Midwest supplies). I've got a couple questions about how my fermentation is going. It has been about 6 days since I pitched. I used liquid yeast, though I noticed later that a section of the...
